CSCS Finisher
Key Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality painting and decorating across interior and exterior surfaces
* Carry out basic carpentry tasks such as fitting skirting boards, repairing doors, and assembling fixtures
* Conduct general snagging and maintenance duties on-site
* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
* Collaborate with site managers and other tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements
* Valid CSCS card
* Proven experience in painting, decorating, and light carpentry
* Own tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Good communication and time management skills
* Driving licence preferred but not essential
