Salary: £39,000 - 68,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in a similar endpoint management or EUC role, ideally within a large, complex enterprise environment Strong hands-on experience with Altiris, Intune, and/or SCCM, with Altiris experience highly desirable Solid understanding of Windows endpoint environments and device lifecycle management Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills Good working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, proxies, firewalls, and subnets Experience working on organised project activity alongside BAU support Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working collaboratively across technical and service teams Responsibilities: Support and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms, including Symantec CMS (Altiris), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) Own the Windows device lifecycle, from build and configuration through to patching, upgrades, and retirement Act as a technical escalation point, following structured fault resolution and incident processes Deliver software deployment, endpoint security controls, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance Support project and change delivery, including platform upgrades and service improvements Identify opportunities to standardise, optimise, and automate endpoint management processes Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles Create and execute system test plans to support change and release activity Collaborate closely with wider service teams and Lines of Service to ensure client and operational requirements are met Technologies: CMS Support Microsoft Intune Network Security TCP/IP Windows More: We are Capita, a dynamic leader in consulting and digital services, helping some of the UKs most recognised organisations transform and thrive.
