Salary
Starting: £12.21/hour (days), £13.21/hour (nights). After probation (13 weeks): £12.50/hour (days), £13.50/hour (nights).
Key Responsibilities
* Operate injection moulding machinery to produce plastic components.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Health & Safety protocols.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Shift Pattern
* Week 1: Early shift (6am – 2.15pm)
* Week 2: Late shift (2pm – 10.15pm)
* Week 3: Night shift (10pm – 6.15am)
Requirements
* Ability to work full‑time and commit to rotating shifts.
* Strong attention to detail for quality assurance.
* Team‑oriented and cooperative attitude.
* Reliability and willingness to learn.
