We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people who have experienced trauma or challenging circumstances. You’ll work alongside a caring and professional team to create a safe, supportive, and family-style environment that promotes healing, growth, and brighter futures.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates who are:
* Experienced– Previous experience in residential care, education, or social care is desirable but not essential.
* Empathetic & Compassionate– You understand the impact of trauma and are committed to offering consistent care and support.
* Good Communicators– Able to build trust and strong relationships with young people from a range of backgrounds.
* Willing to Learn– You’re open to training and development, including working towards an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Positive & Resilient– You’re someone who seeks solutions and brings a hopeful, can-do attitude to challenges.
Your Role Will Involve:
* Providing direct care and emotional support to children and young people.
* Building nurturing, trusting relationships and helping young people feel safe and valued.
* Working as part of a team to implement care plans and therapeutic practices tailored to individual needs.
