About the role
Lead supply chain strategy development and analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for refinement to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement processes to enhance operations performance, inventory efficiency, and supplier support.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create business cases for supply chain development initiatives.
* Manage supply chain projects aimed at increasing internal productivity and technology utilization.
* Work with stakeholders and software suppliers to promote operational efficiency.
* Lead a team of supply chain professionals to foster a culture of positive change through operations and systems technology adoption.
* Monitor key operational KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Increase automation within warehousing operations.
* Partner with technology stakeholders to optimize warehouse flows and layouts.
* Develop advanced reporting metrics and collaborate with operations to enhance performance.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Continuous Improvement (advantageous).
* Proven experience in leading logistics process development or transformation initiatives.
* Experience with tier 1 WMS systems, preferably Manhattan Active.
* Knowledge of automation, ASRS, conveyors, and sortation systems; Exotec experience preferred.
* Strong project management and leadership skills.
* Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
* Knowledge of supply chain technologies and industry best practices.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
