Role: ProcurementManager - Indirects & IT
Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in Bristol office)

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CFO and supported by the Group Procurement Director, you'll:
1. Lead all sourcing and procurement activity
2. Build strong stakeholder relationships across our business
3. Deliver cost-saving initiatives
4. Shape procurement strategies, plans, and tools
5. Manage sourcing for high-impact areas like IT/software and marketing
6. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and tooling
What You'll Bring:
You're a sourcing/procurement professional with:
7. Proven experience owning sourcing strategies end-to-end - across IT and Indirects
8. Strong commercial and negotiation skills
9. Experience in IT software and services procurement
10. Confidence with legal documents (you know when to loop in Legal)
11. A growth mindset, critical thinking, and a collaborative spirit
12. Bonus if you're working toward CIPS or have a legal/business qualification
