Here at No. 1 York by GuestHouse, we're a small but stylish, family-run boutique hotel in the heart of York, and we're looking for a Welcome Team Member who can greet guests with warmth, charm, and just the right dash of Yorkshire wit.
What You'll Be Doing
Being the first friendly face, our guests see (and the last one they remember).
Checking in travellers, adventurers, and the occasional honeymooner with effortless ease.
Offering insider tips on the best coffee spots, secret York corners, and must-see sights.
Keeping our lobby as welcoming as your smile.
What We're Looking For
A natural people-person who loves great conversation.
Someone organised enough to juggle check-ins, emails, and luggage collections.
A flair for making our guests feel like locals - even if they've just arrived from New York
Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but a sparkling personality is essential.
