We’re looking for a Data Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how we use data to power smarter, more personalised marketing experiences. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of data, technology, and customer engagement. You’ll be working closely with our Data Product Managers and delivery teams to define and prioritise product backlogs, translate business needs into development-ready user stories, and ensure the successful implementation of data-driven solutions. You’ll be right in the middle of it all—collaborating with data engineers, architects, modellers, and marketers to bring powerful insights to life through our marketing technology platforms.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Data Product Managers and delivery teams to define and prioritise product backlogs.
* Translate business needs into development-ready user stories for data-driven solutions.
* Ensure successful implementation of data-driven marketing technology initiatives.
* Collaborate with data engineers, architects, modellers, and marketers to bring insights to life through marketing technology platforms.
* Facilitate workshops, map processes, and document requirements clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
* Analytical, curious, and confident navigating both business and technical conversations.
* Experience across data disciplines such as data management, data architecture, and data quality.
* Comfort working with database schemas, ingestion processes, and BI concepts.
* Ability to run workshops, map processes, and document requirements clearly and concisely.
* Experience with marketing platforms is a plus, e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua—but the key is the ability to connect data to business value.
