About the Role: The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures our customers get the best online experience and customer service. You will lead and motivate your team to meet performance targets, ensuring efficient stock processes, quick refunds, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store management team and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in a safe, operationally efficient environment.
* Create an inspiring atmosphere, supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
* Ensure up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
* Be passionate about customers, people, and products, inspiring others and creating a positive work atmosphere.
* Communicate effectively, remaining friendly, calm, and approachable under pressure.
* Work as a team player in a result-driven, fast-paced, challenging environment.
* Problem solve, make sound decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas.
* Plan, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
