Life here is fast-paced, as you’d expect from such a popular location, but you’ll be part of a supportive team united by a shared purpose and passion for what we do. You’ll be on hand to offer support and advice to property colleagues and take the lead on all marketing and communications activity for Wimpole. You'll be planning, creating, editing, proof-reading, co-ordinating, collating and sharing content for offline and online channels. You'll work on our website and support our social media activity, sharing fascinating stories about the work we do with the media and enticing visitors to come back season after season. You'll also act as Duty Manager from time to time, supporting the operations team. You'll be responsible on the day for the smooth running of the property during opening hours, acting as the main contact point for staff, volunteers, and customers in case of emergency, enquiry or complaint.Overall, it’s a diverse and challenging role and a great step for those wanting to pursue a career in marketing and communications.The National Trust has the motto ‘For everyone, for ever’ at its heart.
