This role sits within the Business Intelligence & AI Solutions team and plays a key part in shaping our data, reporting, and technology enablement roadmap across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
Role Overview
Our clients
are looking for a Business Intelligence & Systems Analyst with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in BI development. This is a 100% BI-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building dashboards, working with data, and developing analytical solutions — while gaining exposure to how BI operates within a wider enterprise IT and data landscape.
You will work primarily on Power BI, SQL, and data transformation, with exposure to Python, Databricks, automation, and cloud platforms as part of your growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards used across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Support the creation of analytical datasets using SQL, Python, Power Query, and DAX.
• Clean, transform, and validate datasets to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
• Assist with documenting data logic, dashboard methodologies, and BI workflows.
• Support the evolution of the Azure-based BI and AI ecosystem (Databricks, ADF).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
Additional Responsibilities
1. RPA Workflow Creation (Power Automate)
• Build and maintain simple automation workflows in Power Automate to streamline internal processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across business or IT functions.
• Support troubleshooting and improvement of existing RPA flows.
2. Project Management of Small IT & Cross-Functional Initiatives
• Assist with planning, coordination, and delivery of small-scale IT and data projects.
• Track tasks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned.
• Prepare project updates, light documentation, and action logs where needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
1–2 years hands-on experience in a BI, data analyst, or reporting role.
Practical Application with:
* SQL (joins, filters, aggregations)
* Data Modelling
* Python (ETL, Data preparation, File Handling)
* Power BI (visuals, measures, Power Query)
* Excel (lookups, pivots)
Strong willingness to learn new technologies.
Logical and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with both technical and non-technical users.
Nice to Have (Training Provided):
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or cloud BI technologies.
• Experience with Power Automate or other automation platforms.
