About Us:
18 Tipton Road provides a safe, nurturing, caring and stimulating environment for young people aged 8‑18 who have complex needs including physical, sensory and moderate to severe learning disabilities or complex social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Role Details
* Hours: Casual (including sleeping in shifts and weekend working)
* Salary: Grade 6
* Contribute to all aspects of the physical, emotional and personal care of the child(ren) to promote their welfare, working in partnership with families and professionals.
* Work required as needed to meet the needs of the residential home.
* All employees have a duty to carry out their work with due regard for health and safety.
* Safeguarding: subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check.
Qualifications
* Level 4 Diploma for Children’s & Young People’s Workforce or equivalent.
* Experience working with young people with complex needs.
