Nursery Manager – Early Years Setting
Salary: £32,000–£36,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for a caring, passionate, and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a welcoming and well established early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children, families, and staff alike.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a genuine passion for early years education, child development, and team wellbeing.

Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
* Minimum Level 2 Maths qualification or willingness to work towards
* Previous management experience within a good or outstanding setting
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills
* Experience working within early years education and childcare
* Good IT skills and confidence using nursery software and online systems
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a positive, caring, and motivated staff team
* Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained
* Support the implementation xsngvjr of the EYFS framework
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
* Monitor practice and support continuous improvement across the setting
* Promote a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
