Key Responsibilities
* Managing client files with appropriate supervision and ensuring full compliance
* Advising clients on a range of private client matters, including drafting and negotiating documentation
* Handling matters efficiently and in a timely manner to achieve the best outcomes for clients
* Working to agreed KPIs and demonstrating a commercial approach
* Supporting business development and building relationships with clients and referrers
* Committing to ongoing professional development
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
* Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also supporting on more complex matters
* Organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
* A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
* Commercially aware with an interest in business development
* Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
