Monsoon are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Digital team. This role will be responsible for email campaign delivery, review and optimisation. Driving great customer experience and exceeding email channel targets. You will work closely with the team to deliver Monsoon’s email plan and report into the Senior CRM Manager.
What will you do as a CRM Executive?
1. Responsible for briefing, creating, sending and reporting on email campaigns.
2. Supporting the development of the email plan with campaign and email channel insight.
3. Working effectively with key stakeholders to ensure email messaging and creative is in line with the trading and marketing calendar
4. Propose and deploy test and learning strategy to maximise engagement and revenue
5. Identify segmentation opportunities and building audiences to run effective targeted campaigns aimed at increasing retention and customer value
6. Ensure email best practices are being followed, and optimisation across devices and templates are continually reviewed.
7. Support CRM team with key development projects
8. Using data insight, evaluate performance of all campaigns and make recommendations for improvements to weekly newsletters and overall email strategy
9. Assist with weekly and monthly reporting
10. Actively champion new ideas and initiatives in line with competitors activity / industry trends
11. Weekly competitor reporting; to be used for idea generation and evaluating weekly performance
What will you need to succeed as our CRM Executive?
12. Previous experience of briefing creative for marketing collateral
13. Use of Google Analytics desirable
14. Proficient at manipulating data within Excel for reporting purposes
15. Experience with building emails and automations in ESPs, Ometria would be an advantage
16. Commercially focused
17. Understanding of wider marketing – brand marketing as well as commercial-driven messages
18. Positive, passionate and proactive attitude
19. Excellent multi-project management and organisational skills
20. Works well under pressure to tight deadlines - strong attention to detail
21. Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant subject desirable
