Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers, providing a professional front-of-house service. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure outstanding customer service. * Support daily office operations, including meeting room bookings, office moves, and general administration tasks. * Manage incoming post and parcels, assist with scanning, copying, and other office duties. * Monitor and restock office supplies, maintain cleanliness, and ensure facilities are well-presented. * Complete health & safety checks, including weekly fire alarm testing. * Ensure services are recharged correctly and internal procedures are followed. * Maintain high standards across reception and communal areas. Person Specification: * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a service-driven role (retail, hospitality, reception, facilities, or office support). * Professional, approachable, and confident with excellent communication skills. * Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment. * IT literate (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook). * Motivated to learn and develop a career in client services, office administration, or facilities support.
