Metalis Engineering Recruitment are working alongside an established metal supplier who are looking for a Process Operative to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Metal Processing - Testing and sorting incoming materials using a handheld XRF Scanner
Sorting, packing and preparing materials for dispatch
Identifying nickel & cobalt superalloy specifications
Loading and unloading curtain sider trucks and shipping containers
Working alongside the relevant supervisor to keep stock locations up to date
Shifts & Salary:
£28,000 - £31,000
Days regular, Monday - Friday

The Ideal candidate:
Previous experience working with Metal Processing
Proficient use of an XRF Scanner (essential)
FLT License - RTITB Accredited (Ideal)
Shot blasting / hand blasting - plasma cutting experience (Ideal)
