Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Heysham, Morecambe
Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated Children's Home Team at Bayview. Located in the heart of Capernwray, Carnforth, you will work in a nurturing environment with a maximum of four young people, helping them thrive.
Your Role:
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Guide young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
* Support the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home.
* Ensure a safe, secure, and positive environment for all residents.
* Assist in maintaining our 'Outstanding' or 'Good' Ofsted ratings through continuous improvement.
* Step in for the Registered Manager when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you must:
* Hold a full UK driving license.
* Possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.

* All legal and Ofsted requirements are met consistently.
* Staff are managed fairly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
* Communication with the Registered Manager is maintained regarding important developments.
* Staff performance is reviewed regularly to ensure high standards.
