Job Title: Plumbing Lecturer (Part-Time)

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Plumbing Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching to learners studying Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing qualifications. This role involves delivering both theoretical knowledge and practical workshop-based training, ensuring learners develop the skills required to succeed in the plumbing industry.
The successful candidate will teach and assess learners working towards the City & Guilds 8202 qualifications at Levels 2 and 3.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Plumbing at Level 2 and Level 3
Deliver both classroom-based theory and practical workshop sessions
Assess and track learner progress in line with awarding body requirements
Provide constructive feedback and support to learners
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times
Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processesKnowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Strong understanding of the City & Guilds 8202 qualifications (Level 2 & Level 3)
Industry-relevant experience within the plumbing sector
Secure knowledge of plumbing theory and practical installation tasks
Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities
Excellent communication and organisational skillsEssential Qualifications
Level 2 & 3 Qualification in Plumbing
Teaching qualification desirableThe role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
