The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
: Transfers of equity
: Re:mortgages
: New build transactions
: Shared ownership matters
: General residential property advice
The role offers a varied workload and regular client contact, working within a team known for its efficiency, client service, and strong market presence.
The ideal candidate will:
: Be a qualified Solicitor with 1:3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
: Be confident handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision
: Possess excellent organisational and time:management skills
: Be able to effectively manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines
: Demonstrate strong communication skills when dealing with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
