Who are we?
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.
The Role:
Estelle Manor is looking for a Groundsperson with a strong attention to detail, and a positive work ethic to ensure the grounds are well managed and presented to the highest standards for an exceptional guest experience. With an 85-acre estate encompassing formal lawns and gardens, 30 acres of grassland, 30 acres of woodland, ponds, and car parks, this is a hugely exciting opportunity to be part of our ongoing development journey.
Who we are looking for?
* Previous experience in luxury estate maintenance.
* Relevant tickets of tractor driving, MEWP, ATV, and able to undertake a range of grounds tasks from litter picking and strimming to driving tractors and repairing fences.
* CS30 Chainsaw qualification (or experienced chainsaw user willing to undertake the required course).
* Ideally PA1 and PA6.
* Someone that is mechanically minded with basic knowledge of servicing and equipment care.
* Self-motivated and a physically hard-working team player to carry out a series of grounds tasks in the outdoors.
* Comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
