The Role Were looking for a Client Success Executive to join our team for at least 6 months (starting October/November) to cover maternity leave with a potential option to extend further. In this role, youll work closely with our Client Success Manager to provide world-class post-sales care, ensuring customers are supported, engaged, and delighted with the Thrive platform. Youll: Be the first point of contact for customer queries and issues, making sure theyre resolved quickly and effectively. Coordinate with clients and our internal team to deliver solutions on time and to the highest quality. Provide proactive guidance, best practices, and creative input on content, design, and employee engagement strategies. Build strong client relationships, proactively seek out referrals, and identify upselling opportunities. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where strong communication, organisation, and technical know-how are key. You should be comfortable working directly with high profile customers and have a strong proactive approach to client success. A track record of implementing and supporting software delivery, and passion for, and knowledge of, the mobile technology ecosystem would be very useful. Responsibilities Guide new and existing customers in the use of the Thrive platform, while seeking referrals. Manage client communications and ensure all queries are followed up to their satisfaction. Log, monitor, and oversee resolution of support issues, working with the relevant team members. Assist with app updates, technical builds, and version control. Conduct regular Client Success Reviews, identifying improvements and opportunities for additional feature adoption. Capture actions and updates in the organisations CRM system. Experience & Skills Experience in a client-facing service delivery role. Strong technical understanding (mobile technologies preferred); knowledge of iOS/Android app deployment a plus. Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly, and thrive in fast-changing environments. Proactive, creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills, able to deliver both positive and challenging messages with professionalism. Passion for delivering outstanding client experienceswilling to go the extra mile. Strong documentation and organisational skills. Previous exposure to employee internal communications is an advantage. Why Join Us?
