Job role: Marketing Administrator
Salary: £12.71ph
Position: Temporary
Location: Nottingham (office based)
Hours: Part-time 30 hours per week
Harpers are excited to be partnering with a Charitable Trust in their search for an experienced Marketing Administrator to join their team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations through key administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain any required records and systems including the CRM
* Create regular e-newsletters using Mailchimp
* Post agreed content on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
* Update websites using WordPress
* Assist with the organisation, co-ordination and hosting of online meetings using Microsoft Teams
* Assist with the organisation and co-ordination of in-person events, conferences and meetings
* Assist with production / updating of presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
* Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as appropriate
* Provide a responsive service to internal and external colleagues and partners
* Support financial systems - monitoring expenditure, raising orders, processing invoices, requesting payments, ensuring that robust processes are implemented
Who are we looking for?
* Must be available to start work immediately
* Experience in a similar administrative role is essential
* Prior experience using Mailchimp is desirable
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
* Professional telephone manner
