Salary: £30k - £35k per year + Benefits per annum
Service Advisors,

Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
* Booking in vehicles
* Raising and closing job cards
* Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
* Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
* Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
* Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling
Requirements
* Experience as a Service Advisor with main dealer experience preferred
* Excellent customer service and administration skills
* Kerridge experience preferred
* Experience with RTC and One Link would be advantageous
