What will I be doing? – Kitchen Team Leader
* Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food that they can be proud of.
* Drive the team to smash targets.
* Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
* Master the art of working with a branded menu.
* Ensure the team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
