The Role As the Early Careers Coordinator, you’ll coordinate and deliver our early careers programmes and recruitment plans. Your responsibilities will include: Managing recruitment for apprentices and graduates, including shortlisting, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers. Coordinating job adverts and collaborating with Learning & Development on onboarding. Supporting onboarding and check-ins with graduates to ensure a positive experience. Planning future programmes for the next financial year and discussing upcoming intakes in July. Building strategic partnerships with universities and other organisations to pipeline early careers talent. Representing the business at careers fairs and developing a broader early careers approach. Essential Ingredients Experience in recruitment or talent coordination, ideally with exposure to early careers programmes. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines. A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for developing talent.
