* Proven experience with Vegan & Healthy options
* Stock management including ordering stock from appointed suppliers and price-checking suppliers regularly
* Detailed food & allergies knowledge
* General kitchen & bar duties
* Maintaining kitchens, stock and equipment with high cleaning standards
* Preparing food
Your skills:
* Previous experience as a sous
* Exceptional communication and presentational skills
* An ability to think on your feet whilst under pressure and maintaining a positive outlook
* Excellent attention to detail
* Be fully accountable for the performance of our food service
* Ensure excellent presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
* Proven passion for working in a fast-paced environment..
* A desire to keep learning and help out wherever needed.

* Well presented & professional
* IT literate
* Good working knowledge of POS systems
* Work well under pressure
