The mission, should you accept it…
* Formalise delivery without bureaucracy: You’ll implement agile processes, set up delivery pipelines, and introduce forecasting and metrics that make execution predictable
* Own technical direction: You’ll guide cloud architecture, lead critical projects, and set quality standards that scale.
* Build and lead the team: You’ll own the hiring pipeline, develop career paths, and foster a collaborative, high-trust culture.
* Balance pragmatism with innovation: You’ll stay across AI trends, but you know when to adopt and when to hold. You bring structure to a fast-moving, creative environment without killing what makes it special.

* 4+ years managing and building engineering teams: You’ve hired, coached, and structured teams and you’re ready to do it at scale.
* Strong software engineering background: You’re credible enough to oversee end-to-end solutions and hold your own on architectural trade-offs.
* A track record of formalising delivery: You’ve implemented agile, forecasting, and metrics that improved predictability. You know how to bring discipline without adding bureaucracy.
* The gravitas and cultural fit: You’re senior enough to partner with leadership, but you thrive in a low-ego, high-curiosity, outcome-focused environment. You bring structure without ego.
