Customer & CRM Insights Analyst
Location: Theale (3 days on-site)
Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that drive commercial impact? We're looking for a driven and forward-thinking Customer & CRM Insights Analyst to join a lean, collaborative, and high-impact data team at the heart of a leading British wine retailer and distributor.
About the Role:
You’ll be instrumental in shaping customer analytics across three key brands, working alongside stakeholders in CRM, Data, Finance, and BI. This is a hands-on analytical role with real influence over how campaigns are planned, measured, and optimised. It’s perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their analytics career and help evolve the way data is used in the business.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead campaign analytics and performance dashboards
* Deliver ad hoc insights to shape CRM and marketing strategy
* Collaborate with CRM teams on segmentation, timing, and targeting
* Support the evolution of a robust customer database
* Work closely with finance and BI to ensure activity is measurable and profitable
* Contribute to the team’s longer-term journey toward advanced analytics and AI
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or customer analytics role
* Strong SQL skills and experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
* CRM or customer marketing analytics background
* Experience in ecommerce, retail or agency-side analytics is a plus
* Familiarity with Adobe Campaign or Adobe Analytics is a bonus
* Python knowledge or ambition to move in that direction is welcome
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
