Role Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse portfolio of clients with professionalism and care
* Preparing and reviewing accounts, tax returns, and assurance reports
* Supporting client advisory and compliance projects
* Collaborating with colleagues and specialists across the business
* Suggesting process improvements and system efficiencies
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and ISAs
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and the wider team

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified/qualified by experience)
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in practice across accountancy, tax, or audit
* Confident working knowledge of relevant UK accounting standards
* Clear, professional communicator, both written and verbal
* A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment
