We’re hiring a Solution Architect to join our Data & AI Practice, helping enterprise clients bring their vision to life through impactful, responsible, and scalable Data & AI solutions. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role - perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical innovation, business strategy, and delivery excellence. From shaping deals and crafting solution roadmaps to mentoring delivery teams and leading Agentic AI and data platform engagements, this role is about creating real impact — at scale. As an Architect within our Data & AI practice, you'll deliver Agentic AI and data platform solutions that make transformative change and deliver high-value business outcomes. You'll engage in solutioning by understanding our customers' challenges and needs, taking responsibility for the technical design and solutions for large-scale analytical projects. You’ll provide guidance and technical leadership to data & AI engineers while building strong client relationships to become a trusted advisor. Key requirements include: Excellent knowledge of GenAI / Agentic AI, Microsoft Fabric, and/or Databricks Awareness of channels to market and working within a Microsoft and partner ecosystem to ensure customer success High energy and intent to help clients understand the evolving Data & AI industry, products, and services Experience creating technical visions, architectures, and roadmaps for large programs involving modern data platform concepts like Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Fabric, Cloud Scale Analytics Ability to produce design artifacts and present them to multi-disciplinary stakeholders, including senior executives Deep understanding of Data & AI capabilities such as data analysis, streaming data, IoT, AI, GenAI, and analytics fields Experience delivering large-scale Data Platform solutions with a focus on performance, security, and reliability Comfort engaging in sales and business development activities with clients Ideal candidates are passionate about technology, possess an advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience, and have a proven track record in complex technical sales, architecture, and large cloud data projects. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are essential. You will work closely with delivery teams and clients to provide technical leadership, shape deals, and create solutions that drive business value. You will also mentor junior colleagues and contribute to our sales process by developing innovative solutions and participating in client negotiations. Additional responsibilities include shaping our offerings, driving best practices in AI development, and staying current with industry advancements to incorporate new innovations into our solutions.
