An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the welcoming and forward‑thinking team at Saltcoats Group Practice. Following the planned retirement of a Senior Partner, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to become part of our well‑established team. We’re looking for 8 sessions but we are open to flexible arrangements and will work with the right candidate(s) to create a role that fits.
Saltcoats Group Practice is a long‑established, well‑regarded practice caring for around 11,000 patients along the beautiful North Ayrshire coast. Our location offers the best of both worlds — a stunning seaside setting that supports wellbeing and a short commute to both Glasgow and Ayr, allowing you to enjoy a healthy balance between professional fulfilment and quality of life.
Our experienced clinical team includes:
* 8 GP Partners
* 1 Salaried GP
* 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner
* A full complement of skilled nursing, administrative, and multidisciplinary staff
We also work closely with health board‑employed professionals including pharmacists, physiotherapists, CTAC nurses, and mental health practitioners, ensuring our patients benefit from a fully integrated model of care.
