* Process company payroll in an accurate and timely manner
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
* Handle payroll queries from employees
* Assist with financial audits related to pay records and associated general ledger
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
* Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Profile
A successful Payroll employee should have:
* A degree in finance, business, or a related field
* Previous experience within Payroll
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Knowledge of payroll software
* Excellent understanding of HMRC regulations
