Key Responsibilities
* Manage, support and deliver change initiatives across housing services, from tenancy management to repairs and customer engagement.

What You'll Bring

* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in change management, service design, or transformation – or the drive to grow these skills with our support.
* Knowledge or experience in housing services and the challenges they face
* Experience of managing or coordinating projects and or teams in a housing or related context.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
