About the Role
Are you ready to take the lead? As a Production Group Leader at Kerry Dairy, you will be at the forefront of our operations, guiding a dedicated frontline team to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Reporting to the Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager, your role will blend hands-on leadership with cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Portadown, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
* Team Management: Lead the Production Stream team by recruiting, training, and developing team members.
* Health and Safety: Ensure the health and safety of all Production Stream employees by fostering a strong safety culture.
* Standard Development: Document and train site policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to Production Stream standards.
* Continuous Improvement: Facilitate and execute Practical Problem Solving and other methodologies to enhance production standards.
* Labour Organization: Optimize labor availability and collaborate with site teams to cover essential roles during absences.
* Process Reliability: Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness through the Kerry Asset Management System.
* Performance Analysis: Analyze Key Performance Data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain product quality and adherence to GMP standards.
* Project Management: Assist in the delivery of key projects impacting the production stream.
* Maintenance Coordination: Work with engineering teams to deliver planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in managing a team within a process environment.
* Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
* Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
