Blackpool & The Fylde College has an exciting opportunity for a Bid, Proposal and Awards Manager at our Bispham campus. The role is full-time, permanent, with a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Bid, Proposal and Awards Manager to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will excel in writing compelling content, managing successful bids, and showcasing organisational excellence through high-quality award submissions. Experience in the education sector is preferred. Flexible working arrangements are available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the development of successful bids and tenders in line with funding and partnership opportunities.
* Scanning the external environment to identify project and funding opportunities, and making bid/no-bid decisions.
* Coordinating information gathering across departments to prepare strategic documents and award submissions.
* Creating high-quality, persuasive content tailored to target audiences, ensuring all submissions meet standards and deadlines.
* Supporting project handovers and contract compliance by integrating funding audit requirements into delivery plans.
