AI Data Centre Delivery – Europe
Location: UK → Austria (9-month secondment)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + package
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Project Scheduler / Planner to support the successful delivery of a large-scale AI data centre project in Austria.
This role will be instrumental in driving programme certainty and ensuring alignment across complex construction and MEP activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage detailed project programmes (Primavera P6 / similar)
* Monitor progress against milestones and identify risks to delivery
* Produce short-term and long-term construction programmes
* Work closely with delivery teams to ensure programme alignment
* Provide critical path analysis and mitigation strategies
* Support reporting, dashboards, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
* Coordinate inputs across multiple disciplines and contractors
Requirements
* Experience as a Planner / Scheduler within construction or MEP
* Strong understanding of project sequencing and delivery
* Experience on data centre, infrastructure, or complex builds (preferred)
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
