Head Chef, 4* Hotel, Worcester, £50k-£55k + service charge This recently renovated stunning house hotel has a brasserie style restaurant as well catering for numerous weddings and events. What you will be doing: * Responsible for all aspects of the culinary operation from restaurant to events and functions * Managing the kitchen brigade ensuring procedures are followed and all food is of the highest standard * Involvement in all aspects of menu writing, ordering, organisation, prep and service * Innovate and develop menus inspiring your team as well as guests * Build and maintain strong relationships with all areas of the hotel Working hours are 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 45 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
