Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, maintain and enhance a range of clinical and corporate software systems in alignment with Trust priorities.
* Support system integration and contribute to the Trust’s wider technical and application architecture.
* Translate user and business requirements into clear technical specifications and develop robust, scalable system components.
* Collaborate with developers, technical teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable and maintainable software.
* Provide ongoing technical expertise to ensure optimal system performance, data integrity and security.
* Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within agile and lean development practices.
* Offer occasional day‑to‑day matrix management and guidance to permanent and contract staff involved in relevant development projects.
Required Skills
* Strong proficiency in C# and SQL.
* Experience delivering secure, high‑value digital solutions within a healthcare context.
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate high ownership and accountability.
