Key Responsibilities
1. Administer and process the school’s payroll system with accuracy and efficiency.
2. Handle queries from staff regarding pay, deductions, and other payroll matters.
3. Ensurepliance with payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
4. Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare statutory returns.
5. Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
6. Liaise with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll and employee data management.
7. Uphold strict confidentiality and security of payroll information.
