What you’ll be doing as a Assistant General Manager :
19. Assisting the General Manager in day-to-day operations of a successful drinks-led pub
20. Coaching and mentoring other Managers and Supervisors
21. Taking responsibility for sales, profit, and customer experience targets
22. Day to day administration such as scheduling, ordering, cellar management, and stock control
23. Training and developing team members
24. Running shifts, ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members
25. Setting up shifts for successful service and coaching and assisting colleagues on shift
26. Ensuring product and service standards
27. Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
28. Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards and ensuring all alcohol licensing requirements are observed
