Key Responsibilities
* Proactively build and develop strong relationships with mortgage intermediaries and brokers in your allocated region.
* Drive new mortgage business through structured and professional telephone engagement.
* Re-engage with lapsed partners and promote the full range of West One mortgage products.
* Collaborate closely with field-based BDMs to meet and exceed product targets.
* Deliver outstanding account management for key partners, ensuring excellent service and retention.
* Represent West One’s values and brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction.
Skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills over the phone.
* Strong sales and negotiation ability with a results-driven mindset.
* Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple relationships effectively.
* Ability to collaborate with wider teams to drive shared success.
Knowledge & Personal Attributes
* Previous experience in financial services or mortgage-related business development is advantageous.
* Previous experience within a sales role would be highly desirable.
