Team: Health, Adviser and Employer
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week in either the Bournemouth or London Vitality Offices. Full-time hours.

What This Role Is All About
Enterprise designs and delivers innovative products and experiences for our customers. This role is part of a cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end digital customer experience for Quote and Apply in the Health Adviser and Employer (HAE) Product Delivery Stream.
As a Product Manager, you will define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog, working with multiple stakeholders across the business. You will shape, design, and deliver features that contribute to your Product Delivery Stream's vision and Vitality’s 2026 Business strategy. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, along with an entrepreneurial passion, are essential.
Key Actions
* Design Product Strategy: Develop medium to long-term product strategies for Quote and Apply experiences, analyse data, conduct research, and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.
* Vitality Design Process: Coordinate ideation processes, validate technical feasibility, and articulate epics and features for releasable increments.
* Accountability for Quote and Apply: Define optimal customer experiences, map processes, identify cost drivers, and prioritize the product strategy and roadmap.
* Voice of the Customer: Ensure new features deliver excellent customer experiences.
* Prepare for Delivery: Work with teams to create user stories, feature and story maps, and conduct detailed analysis of user needs and business requirements.
* Market Monitoring: Conduct thorough industry trend analysis and stay updated on market developments.
