Relief Chef Manager - Birmingham - £42k
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Relief Chef Manager to support across a patch of business across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
My client is an independent contract caterer, with a strong focus on fresh produce and the development of their people. As the Relief Chef Manager, you will support the Operations team, covering a mix of B&I and education sites as required.
Responsibilities
* Support the Operations team across a patch of business across Birmingham and the West Midlands, covering a mix of B&I and education sites as required.
* Working predominantly Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work occasional weekends as required.
* Drive and provide your own car due to the nature of the role.
* Apply professional management of food service operations, ensuring quality and delivery against client expectations.
* Maintain Health & Safety and Food Hygiene practices across sites.
Qualifications / Skills
* Currently at Chef Manager level
* Strong knowledge of both staff feeding and hospitality
* Proven background within contract catering
* A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures
* Strong financial understanding
