What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Project Planning: Craft detailed plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve logistics goals, while ensuring resource availability for smooth project execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Act as the driving force behind communication, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across all parties involved. Risk Management: Stay ahead of potential risks by proactively identifying them, creating mitigation strategies, and resolving issues quickly to keep projects on track. Budget & Cost Control: Take full ownership of project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimisation, while tracking and analysing project expenses. Performance Tracking & Reporting: develop and maintain best in class project documentation and reporting to ensure you have continual sight of performance and drive progress in line with project objectives. What We’re Looking For Proven Experience: Experience in logistics, supply chain, retail, or 3PL business, with a track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Problem Solver: A strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
