About the team
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Savings team, who are integral in keeping our finger on the pulse with product pricing and proposition.
The role will be based in either our Chatham or Wolverhampton offices.
What you will be doing?
As a Savings Product Manager reporting to the Senior Savings Product Manager, you will play a key role in Driving growth and profitability of the business by ensuring pricing is aligned to key business targets for the Group's savings brands. A proactive approach and in depth understanding of the Group's performance is essential. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of savings products and pricing across multiple markets and product lines, aiming to meet volume and margin targets while maintaining funding goals. Additionally, aiming to provide support to key stakeholders and lead conversations around change delivery. You will be focused on iterating and enhancing internal processes, driving improvements that increase the Group's agility in the Savings market and strengthen our competitive position.
Your responsibilities will include;
* Lead the end‑to‑end launch of new product pricing, ensuring clear ownership and smooth delivery across all teams.
* Partner with Savings Product Managers to design, price and manage OSB Group's savings portfolio, attracting and retaining balances at sustainable margins.
* Advise senior management across all OSB brands with up‑to‑date insight on the savings market and competitor activity.
* Ensure all products deliver good customer outcomes and meet Consumer Duty requirements.
* Monitor market positioning and intelligence to recommend pricing actions, highlight risks early and support informed decision‑making across the business.
* Carry out robust analysis and reviews as required to contribute to papers that support the delivery of proposed strategic activity
* Act as the savings subject‑matter expert, including regulatory guidance such as Consumer Duty, and take ownership of ongoing development. Identify and recommend product or process improvements that drive efficiency, growth, margin, customer reach and overall customer experience.

Do you have the skills?

* Essential experience in a savings product or pricing role, ideally across large multi‑brand savings books with varied products and customer types.
* Proven track record of cross‑departmental delivery in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong working knowledge of the UK savings market and customer needs.
* Robust understanding of the wider savings industry.
* Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape, including Consumer Duty and BCOBs.
