Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Proposals Engineer based in Ely (Cambridgeshire). The selected candidate will manage the preparation and submission of detailed technical proposals, working closely with clients to determine requirements and create tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include coordinating with engineering teams, supporting procurement activities, and facilitating successful sales by delivering clear, accurate, and competitive proposals. Effective collaboration and technical acumen are critical for the role.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing, with the ability to produce clear and impactful proposals tailored to client needs.
* Deep understanding of all broadcast technology, from baseband to ST2110, cloud production, hybrid and remote operation.
* Comfortable dealing with international client base face to face
* Strong writing and Visio acumen
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in broadcast or media systems integration is an added advantage.
