The project! As an International VM Coordinator you will travel regularly to our international partners The Visual Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing the Window and in-store customer experience through the strategic and creative presentation of merchandise and window. This position requires a highly creative individual with a deep understanding of visual merchandising techniques, brand identity, and retail trends. The Visual coordinator is responsible for developing and executing visual displays. What will the role entail? • Design and implement attractive product and window displays that reflect brand identity and seasonal campaigns. • Plan store layouts and product placement to enhance traffic flow and drive product visibility. • Maintain consistent visual standards across all locations, updating guidelines as needed. • Develop creative themes for product launches, seasonal events, and promotions in coordination with marketing. • Train store teams on visual merchandising best practices and ensure ongoing display quality. • Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to adapt displays based on product performance and availability. Requirements Requirements: • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role. • Fluent level of English. • Good level of Excel. • Good level of Adobe pack. • Ability to travel internationally, good communication and problem solving.
