Warehouse team leader (weekend)

Location: Swan Valley, Northampton
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 08:00 16:00 (30-minute unpaid break)

Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and growing company based in Swan Valley, Northampton. This is a permanent weekend position, ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with leadership skills.

This role involves a mix of warehouse operations and customer-facing duties, working with insulation boards and building materials in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support a small warehouse team

* Operate Reach Truck where required

* Pick and pack insulation products and building materials

* Manage goods in/out and maintain stock organisation

* Support trade counter operations and serve customers

* Handle payments and oversee transactions

* Ensure health and safety procedures are followed

* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
