An opportunity has become available to work within a specialist primary and secondary SEMH school supporting pupils who need structure, consistency and emotionally informed support to thrive in education.
While the work can be challenging at times, it is also highly rewarding. Staff work within a friendly, supportive team where collaboration and shared responsibility are central to everyday practice. No one is expected to manage difficult situations alone, and strong relationships underpin everything the school does.
We are looking to connect with both teachers and support staff who are interested in meaningful, rewarding work supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Experience in SEMH is beneficial but not essential. Training and ongoing support are provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
